HOW WE STARTED

Born out of a real problem

In 2019, our founders were running operations for a fast-growing tech company in Bangalore, wrestling with dozens of vendors, mismatched invoices, no central visibility, and a procurement team buried in paperwork every month.

There was no single platform built for the Indian enterprise that could handle everything from stationery to server equipment. So we built one.

Nxtby.com launched as a clean, category-first marketplace with enterprise-grade controls, approval workflows, cost-centre tagging, GST-compliant invoicing, and real-time spend dashboards, all in one place.
