Statute of Limitations

Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the platform or third parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Buyer Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Archier Business Solutions with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications and agreements.

Availability

Products and services are available exclusively within India. We make no representation that any product or service is suitable or lawfully available in any other jurisdiction.
