All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centres and verified supplier warehouses located across India. Once dispatched, you receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Details

Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched as per the shipping terms confirmed in your Order Sheet / Invoice. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 1–5 business days depending on product size, category, and destination. Bulk and custom orders include a pre-confirmed timeline.

Courier Partners

We work with leading courier networks and dedicated fleet providers for pan-India coverage, including tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

Free Shipping

Orders above the minimum order value qualify for complimentary shipping. Smaller orders are charged a carrier-based fee shown transparently at checkout.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum quantity. The minimum order value is ₹2,500. Orders below this may incur additional handling charges as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched. Track your shipment in real time via the customer portal or directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Rates

Charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery pincode. All rates are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm the order.

Delays & Exceptions

For delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or peak periods, we proactively notify you with a revised estimated delivery date within 24 hours.

Multi-Location Delivery

Enterprise clients with multiple offices, branches, or warehouses can ship a single order to different delivery addresses across India — all under one purchase order and one consolidated GST invoice.

To set up multi-location delivery, specify your delivery addresses at checkout or contact your dedicated account manager. Split shipments are tracked individually and managed through your customer portal.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if a shipment is lost in transit, please take the following steps:

  1. Document the damage — photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product before accepting or opening the shipment further.
  2. Report within 48 hours — email [email protected] with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
  3. Resolution — we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement delivery or full refund within 5 business days of your report.

Claims raised after 48 hours of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund. We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery at the point of receipt.
