Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Once a shipment is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible — only a return can be initiated. For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded within the standard refund timeline upon successful cancellation.
When We May Cancel Your Order
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Incomplete or undeliverable delivery address provided by the customer.
- A pricing error or incorrect product specification was displayed on the platform.
- The product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfilment.
- The delivery location falls outside our serviceable areas.
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or duplicate order activity.
In each case, you will be notified immediately by email, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged or in a defective condition.
- Product delivered is significantly different from the description on the platform.
- Wrong item, colour, size, or quantity was delivered.
- Missing parts, accessories, or bundled components.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours, with photographs sent to [email protected].
- Products must be unused and in their original, unaltered condition.
- All original packaging, price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- The original Nxtby.com invoice must be present.
Non-Returnable Categories
The following product types are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Electronics and electrical components (once package has been opened)
- Printer cartridges, toner, and ink (once opened)
- Safety gear and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perishable, consumable, or hygiene items
- Car care and automotive products
- Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on their product page
How to Return a Product
Initiating a return is simple. Choose the method that suits you best:
- Company-Arranged Reverse Pickup (Recommended) — Contact us at [email protected] or call (+91) 9606015870 within the eligible return window. We schedule a free reverse pickup within 2–3 business days. Once received, a quality check is completed within 2 business days. If the product passes, your replacement or refund is processed immediately.
- Self-Shipment via India Post — Ship the product to our Bangalore returns address (provided by our support team). Use a trackable service and keep the proof of postage. Self-shipped returns must arrive within 10 days of the return request approval. Shipping costs for self-shipment are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your returned product is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method according to the timelines below:
Refunds are always credited to the original payment method only. Cash refunds are not issued. If you have not received your refund within the stated timeline, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
